سياسة الخصوصية والاستخدام – Opti Soul

مرحبًا بك في Opti Soul («نحن»، «لنا»، أو «خاصتنا»). خصوصيتك تهمنا. تشرح هذه السياسة كيف نقوم بجمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك عند استخدامك لتطبيق Opti Soul والخدمات المرتبطة به («التطبيق»).

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع الأنواع التالية من المعلومات:

أ. المعلومات الشخصية

الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الملف الشخصي (إن وُجدت)
العمر، الجنس، الطول، والوزن (لتخصيص خطط اللياقة والتغذية)
تفاصيل الاشتراك (من خلال عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق عبر Apple)

ب. البيانات الصحية

قياساتك ونومك وتمارينك ووجباتك التي تسجّلها في التطبيق أو تُزامَن من Apple Health

ج. بيانات الاستخدام

نشاطك داخل التطبيق (مثل التمارين المسجلة أو الوجبات المسجلة)
معلومات الجهاز (الطراز، إصدار النظام)
بيانات التحليلات (سجلات الأعطال، أداء التطبيق، واتجاهات الاستخدام)

د. التواصل مع المدرب

الرسائل والمحتوى الذي تشاركه مع المدربين داخل التطبيق لتقديم الخدمة.

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم بياناتك من أجل:

تقديم وتخصيص خطط اللياقة والتغذية الخاصة بك
ربطك بالمدرب الذي تختاره
تتبّع تقدمك وتحسين تجربتك داخل التطبيق
معالجة عمليات الدفع من خلال نظام Apple الآمن
إرسال التحديثات والعروض أو رسائل الدعم

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.

3. مشاركة البيانات

قد نشارك بعض البيانات المحدودة مع:

Apple (لمعالجة الاشتراكات والدفع)
مزودي التحليلات المعتمدين (لتحسين أداء التطبيق)
المدربين (فقط المعلومات التي تختار مشاركتها حول لياقتك أو تغذيتك)

جميع الشركاء ملتزمون بالقوانين والمعايير الخاصة بحماية البيانات والخصوصية.

4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمات أو كما يتطلبه القانون. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب لمعرفة الخطوات.

5. الأمان

نستخدم أحدث تقنيات الأمان (مثل التشفير والخوادم الآمنة وتحديد الوصول) لحماية بياناتك.

6. حقوقك

يحق لك:

الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تعديلها
طلب حذف بياناتك (حذف الحساب)
سحب الموافقة على معالجة بياناتك (قد يؤثر ذلك على وظائف التطبيق)

7. خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق Opti Soul غير مخصص للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. ولا نقوم بجمع أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال دون 13 عامًا عن قصد.

8. الاشتراكات والدفع

تتم جميع عمليات الشراء والتجديد والإلغاء والاسترداد للاشتراكات المدفوعة حصريًا من خلال متجر Apple App Store، وتخضع لشروطه وأحكامه، ولا يتلقى موفر الخدمة أي بيانات تتعلق بوسائل الدفع.
تُعرض أسعار الاشتراكات ومددها داخل التطبيق قبل إتمام أي عملية شراء، ويُعد إتمام الشراء موافقة صريحة عليها.
يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا لمدة مماثلة ما لم يقم المستخدم بإلغائه من إعدادات حسابه في App Store قبل انتهاء المدة الجارية بأربع وعشرين (24) ساعة على الأقل، ويظل الاشتراك ساريًا حتى انتهاء المدة المدفوعة.
عند انتهاء الاشتراك دون تجديد، يتحول الحساب إلى وضع القراءة فقط؛ إذ تبقى بيانات المستخدم متاحة للاطلاع والتصدير والحذف، مع إيقاف إمكانية التسجيل والتعديل.
تُقدَّم طلبات الاسترداد إلى Apple بصفتها البائع، وفقًا لسياساتها والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

9. المدربون

المدربون المتاحون عبر التطبيق أطراف مستقلة لا تربطهم بموفر الخدمة علاقة عمل أو وكالة، ويتحملون وحدهم المسؤولية عن صحة مؤهلاتهم وعن محتوى البرامج والإرشادات التي يقدمونها.
يقتصر دور موفر الخدمة على توفير الوسيلة التقنية للتواصل بين المستخدم والمدرب ومشاركة البيانات التي يحددها المستخدم بإرادته.
لا تُعد الإشارة إلى «مدرب معتمد» ضمانًا لجودة الخدمة أو نتائجها، وإنما تعني أن موفر الخدمة راجع المستندات التي قدمها المدرب.
يُعد ما يقدمه المدرب إرشادًا رياضيًا وغذائيًا عامًا، ولا يشكل بأي حال استشارة طبية أو تشخيصًا أو علاجًا. ويتعين على المستخدم استشارة طبيبه قبل البدء في أي برنامج تدريبي أو غذائي، لا سيما عند وجود حالة صحية.
يجوز لموفر الخدمة تعليق حساب المدرب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة قواعد السلوك المنشورة في التطبيق، وللمستخدم الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفة عبر التطبيق أو بريد الدعم.

10. موفر الخدمة

تُقدَّم هذه الخدمة من قِبل Opti Soul، المقيدة بالسجل التجاري رقم [الرقم]، [المدينة]، المملكة العربية السعودية، وتخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر أي تحديث داخل التطبيق وعلى هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد.

Welcome to Opti Soul ("we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Opti Soul mobile application and related services ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information

Name, email address, and profile photo (if provided)
Age, gender, height, and weight (for fitness and nutrition personalization)
Subscription details (via Apple In-App Purchases)

b. Health Data

Your measurements, sleep, workouts, and meals logged in the app or synced from Apple Health

c. Usage Data

App activity (e.g., workouts logged, meals logged)
Device information (model, OS version)
Analytics data (crash logs, app performance, and usage trends)

d. Trainer Communication

Messages and content you share with trainers through the app to deliver the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Provide and personalize your fitness and nutrition plans
Connect you with your chosen trainers
Track your progress and improve your app experience
Process payments through Apple's secure payment system
Communicate updates, offers, or support messages

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with:

Apple (for subscription processing and billing)
Authorized analytics providers (to improve app performance)
Trainers (only the fitness and nutrition information you choose to share)

All partners are required to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law. You may request account deletion at any time. See our Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure servers, and limited access) to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access or correct your personal information
Request deletion of your data (Delete Account)
Withdraw consent for data processing (this may affect app functionality)

7. Children's Privacy

Opti Soul is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

All purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds of paid subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms and conditions. The Service Provider does not receive or store any payment-instrument data.
Subscription prices and durations are displayed within the App before any purchase is completed; completing a purchase constitutes express acceptance of them.
Subscriptions renew automatically for an equivalent period unless cancelled by the user in their App Store account settings at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. The subscription remains in effect until the end of the paid period.
Upon expiry of a subscription without renewal, the account enters read-only mode: the user's data remains available for viewing, export, and deletion, while the ability to record or edit data is suspended.
Refund requests are submitted to Apple as the merchant of record, in accordance with its policies and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Trainers

Trainers available through the App are independent third parties with no employment or agency relationship with the Service Provider, and they bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of their qualifications and for the content of the programs and guidance they provide.
The Service Provider's role is limited to providing the technical means for communication between the user and the trainer and for sharing the data the user voluntarily designates.
The designation "certified trainer" does not constitute a guarantee of service quality or results; it indicates only that the Service Provider has reviewed the documents submitted by the trainer.
Guidance provided by a trainer constitutes general fitness and nutrition advice and does not in any way constitute medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Users must consult their physician before starting any training or nutrition program, particularly where a health condition exists.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate a trainer's account for violation of the code of conduct published in the App. Users may report any violation through the App or the support email.

10. Service Provider

This service is provided by Opti Soul, registered under Commercial Registration No. [number], [city], Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes in the app and on this page with a new effective date.
