يؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة جميع بياناتك الشخصية والصحية (الحساب، القياسات، النوم، التمارين، الوجبات) نهائيًا من حسابك النشط.
الحذف نهائي وغير قابل للاسترجاع.
إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول، راسلنا على [email protected] من بريدك المسجَّل لطلب حذف حسابك يدويًا.
To permanently delete your Opti Soul account, follow these steps in the app:
Settings › My Data › "Permanently delete account" › Confirm
Deletion permanently removes all your personal and health data (account, measurements, sleep, workouts, meals) from your active account.
Deletion is irreversible.
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from your registered address to request manual deletion.
